Brad Hough

Brad Hough co-owns Oko and works as a stylist across cutting, color and styling. He co-founded the salon in 2020 with Ania Lisikiewicz and has worked in hair for a long time. His specialties include short cuts, curly hair, bobs and razor cutting. Chicago Magazine named him best curly haircut in 2008. He also works as a cosmetic formulator focused on natural and biodegradable ingredients. His color work is natural, soft and minimal, aiming for the most natural effect while keeping hair healthy. He likes helping clients connect their haircut to how they see themselves. Haircuts start at $100 for a barbered cut, $130 for a short haircut or haircut, and $140 for a curly haircut. Bang trims and hairline clean-ups start at $30, and new bangs at $50. Gloss or toner starts at $115, root touch-up at $130 and all-over color at $165, with partial highlights from $225 and full highlights from $245. He is not currently accepting new clients for color, though existing clients can call or text to book. He does not currently offer balayage, double process lightening, or vivid or fashion colors. He is usually booked several weeks ahead.
