Alisha Kamboj

Dr. Alisha Kamboj practices as an ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon at MOPSS in Edina. She holds an M.D. from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. After an internship at Kettering Medical Center, she completed an ophthalmology residency, serving as chief resident in her final year, then a fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at the University of Minnesota. Later she finished advanced study in plastic surgery of the face, orbit, eyes, and lacrimal system. Her ophthalmology board certification comes from the American Board of Ophthalmology. Her clinical focus areas include eyelid surgery, reconstruction after skin cancer, orbital disease, facial trauma, tear drainage disorders, and aesthetic rejuvenation. She is the author of more than 30 peer-reviewed journal articles and several book chapters, and she presents research at national and international medical conferences. Her professional memberships include the Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
