The salon says its aim is to help clients get the hair look they want while keeping their hair in good condition. Its specialty is lived-in cuts and color that suit everyday routines and lifestyles.

Services cover women's, men's and youth haircuts, express and curly cuts, and a range of color work from root touch-ups and all-over color to full highlights and color correction for box dye or henna. The menu also includes hand-tied and tinsel extensions, perms, Brazilian Blowout smoothing, blowouts, straightening and curling, and conditioning and scalp treatments.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Bookings are made on the online booking page, and payments are accepted there. Deposits are non-refundable, must be paid within 24 hours of booking, and count toward the service. Appointments need confirmation at least 24 hours ahead, and without a deposit and confirmation the appointment is not held. Color correction can be booked online at 9 AM or 1:30 PM on weekdays, with other times arranged by contacting the salon, and it begins with a phone consultation within two days of booking to discuss goals and an estimated price.

Late, rescheduled and cancelled appointments are reviewed case by case. A 15-minute grace period applies to some services, and lateness may remove part of the visit such as the hot towel, style or treatment. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is charged 20% of the total and forfeits the deposit. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Two membership plans are offered. The Consistent Cut Club includes one haircut and two clean-ups a month, 10% off extra cuts, clean-ups or color, and a hot towel conditioning, and gives both members $10 off the next renewal when a friend joins. The Purple Perks Blowout membership includes two blowouts a month and one friend's blowout at 10% off each month. Membership benefits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page.
