Options include balayage, ombré and highlights, a reverse balayage and a partial balayage, plus fun shades such as red, blue, orange, yellow or purple, which need hair that has already been lightened. Clients with box dye or previous at-home color are steered to a color correction, which is priced by the hour and recommended after a consultation. A retouch covers roots and gray with toning or gloss, and a platinum service lifts hair from root to end.

Curly hair has its own menu, including a cut and wash for natural curls, a curly style with a wash, and bridal styling in both trial and day-of versions with an updo or half-updo. Extensions are offered as hand-tied or tape-in installations, matched in color and cut so they blend in. Extensions are not bleached.

Treatments include a clarifying shampoo followed by a hydrating deep conditioner under heat, an Olaplex deep treatment, and a scalp treatment that starts with brush exfoliation and ends with a hydrating tea tree oil treatment and a hot towel. Pixie Glam also sells its own merchandise through an online shop, and offers a four-hour one-on-one Curly Cut Mastery Class for stylists at $750.
