Later cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service and no-shows 100%. Deposits and fees are non-refundable but can go toward a new appointment within 30 days if proper notice was given. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and clients must be approved before their appointment.

Professional lash extension training is a two-day, in-person course in Laurel, held 10 AM to 4 PM each day for $1,100 with a $300 deposit.
