The Fulton location is the flagship and offers the full menu, including services like pellet insertion for hormone therapy. Every treatment plan there is overseen by the medical director. The Marriottsville location keeps a more focused menu of popular injectable, skin, laser, medical weight loss, wellness and beauty services, and offers hormone replacement labs and consultations. Both sites have free parking directly outside the suite. Fulton serves Howard County and Central Maryland, and Marriottsville serves nearby communities including Woodbine, Sykesville, Eldersburg and Mount Airy.

The clinical team uses that report to design a custom plan, and clients are walked through their options before anything is recommended or performed. Medical weight loss follows a similar path, beginning with a consultation, baseline labs and a personalized plan at Marriottsville. Memberships and payment plans are available.

The spa also sells medical-grade skincare that its clinicians have chosen, including a firming retinol body lotion and a lightweight facial cream. Bookings carry a 24-hour cancellation requirement; cancellations inside that window or no-shows incur a $50 fee charged to the card on file.

Clients are educated first, with recommendations following, and treatment begins only once the client feels fully informed. The practice uses FDA-cleared technology and clinically supported protocols, and pairs aesthetic treatments with wellness care such as hormone replacement and weight management.
