The color menu runs from a bowl of color or bleach service to touch-ups, face frame, partial and full highlights, all-over color, balayage or ombre, and babylights. Toner and shadow root are priced separately and are not included in the price of highlights, all-over color, balayage or babylights. Service times range from about 10 minutes for a bowl of color or bleach to about 4.5 hours for babylights.

Head spa services are a major part of the menu. Options include a dry scalp massage done without water, which asks clients to arrive with clean, dry hair, and water-based treatments for sensitive, oily, dry or congested scalps, hair loss, and dandruff. The Ultimate Head Spa Ritual is a 120-minute service with a customized scalp consultation, deep cleanse, exfoliation, steam therapy, massage and a rough blow dry, and it can be paired with add-on masks and treatments of about 10 minutes each. Duo head spa services are booked by phone rather than online.

Booking details: most services require a deposit between $10 and $150 depending on the service, and cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment are charged the full price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. A free 15-minute consultation is offered. The Signature Head Spa Membership is $99 per month, saves $31, and includes a 60-minute scalp treatment and a deep conditioning treatment each session; its benefits apply automatically at checkout in store when booked on the services page. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The salon is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
