The salon's hair menu covers haircuts and styling, all-over color, partial and full highlights, balayage, corrective color work, extensions, wash and blow dry, keratin treatments, Brazilian blowouts, and up-dos and formal looks for weddings and events. Stylists also sell professional hair care products at the studio.

The studio uses Moroccanoil and Amika haircare. Moroccanoil's oil-infused line is offered for every hair type and need. Amika products are vegetarian-friendly and cruelty-free and are made without sulfates, MIT, MCI, phthalates or artificial colors.

Each stylist sets their own prices, so clients should phone for a quote. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. A late arrival may lead to a shortened service, and a stylist may move an appointment that is 15 or more minutes late. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments are charged $25. Upcoming appointments are held only after payment in full. Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, cash, and personal checks presented with valid identification. Card transactions run through Square, and clients can add a tip at checkout.
