Cutting services cover children from ages 0 to 9, girls 10 to 12, teen girls 13 to 17, men and women, with bang trims also available. Extensions include sew-in and tape-in options, plus a Two Row Move Up for reinstalling sew-in extensions. Styling options range from curls and braids to shampoo blowouts, event styling and bridal hair, which requires a consultation and trial first.

Consultations and a Great Length Consult are offered at no charge. The salon offers two weekly blowout memberships, one standard and one for thick hair or extensions, each covering four blowouts per month with optional curls. Members book as usual and the membership benefit is applied at checkout in the salon.

Clients who have paid in full and are not satisfied with their hair can receive a complimentary redo within two weeks of the original appointment. Refunds are not available, and gift card sales are final. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount. A 30% cancellation fee applies, so clients who cannot attend are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible to reschedule.
