Its sister clinic, ZO Skin Centre Houston in Montrose, opened in 2018 under the same medical director, Dr. Mark Khorsandi, who founded the Dallas clinic and part-owns it.

The clinic is a ZO Skin Health partner clinic and works from the professional system developed by Dr. Zein Obagi, a board-certified dermatologist, who founded ZO Skin Health in 2007. Its work centers on ZO protocols, treatment planning and at-home maintenance. Treatments are sequenced by concern and recovery time so that one appointment does not undo the last, and sun protection and home care are part of protecting results.

Every relationship starts with a free, pressure-free consultation. A provider evaluates the skin, confirms candidacy and gives an exact plan and price, and treatment is provider-led, with each plan set before anything is performed. Injectables are planned by the nurse practitioner and nurse injector team, while facials and peels are planned by the medical aestheticians. Services for the body, such as CoolSculpting and non-surgical BBL, are also offered.

Membership credit can be used toward treatments or retail purchases, and the amount is confirmed when a client joins. New clients can use a first-treatment discount. The clinic sells ZO Skin Health products, including daily products recommended as part of skin-quality plans, and has a shop.

The clinic sits across from Al Biernat's on Oak Lawn Avenue. Coming from I-35 E, take Exit 430A and continue on Oak Lawn for just under 2 miles. Hours are 10 AM to 6 PM on Mondays, 10 AM to 7 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10 AM to 6 PM on Thursdays and Fridays, and 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays; the clinic is closed on Sundays.
