Its treatments combine professional skincare, non-invasive devices and therapeutic touch.

Visits are booked by appointment through the studio. Treatments range from short targeted sessions, such as a 30-minute multi-spot ThermoClear treatment, to longer appointments like the two-hour Customized Facial Therapy, which is planned around each client's skin. Customized Facial Therapy requires a $200 deposit that goes toward the total price, with the balance paid at the appointment.

The menu covers several groups. Advanced Skin Modalities include TAMA electro-magnetic therapy, EpiFusion, Celluma LED light and needle-free microchanneling. Infusions use Osmosis formulations, including exosome, facial, liposomal and combined Trio treatments. Facial massage, lymphatic drainage and intra-oral massage add a hands-on element, and body services include a full-body TAMA treatment and therapeutic massage.

Clients who prefer to work on their skin between visits can book a 30-minute virtual consultation, held one-on-one online. It reviews skin history, concerns, current products, lifestyle habits and goals, and may lead to product suggestions and a home-care routine. Guided video rituals for morning, evening and deeper facial care are also available, along with the studio's Osmosis product shop.

Before a first treatment, clients can download a client history form, consent forms and, where relevant, a TAMA waiver of liability and a parental consent form. Gift cards are sold on the website and let recipients choose from personalized facial and body therapies. The studio asks that anyone undergoing medical treatment choose their Osmosis skincare with guidance from their healthcare team.

Treatments are chosen to suit each person's skin, with a preference for non-invasive methods over invasive procedures.
