Each style has a starting price, and prices rise with length, so the listed figure is a starting point. Hair is not included in those prices. Clients may bring their own extensions, or hair can be supplied for an extra cost that varies by style. Most braiding sessions take between two and six hours depending on the style and hair length. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair, or they can add a $50 wash.

Booking is done through the online scheduling system or by contacting Zidi directly by phone or email. A deposit secures each appointment and can be paid online, by Zelle or Cash App, or in cash. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or reschedules, and at least 24 hours' notice is requested. One reschedule is allowed, with the deposit carried to the new date; further changes need a new deposit. Concerns about braids shortly after a visit should be raised within 48 hours, and no refunds are issued once a client has left the salon.

The salon is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm and Saturday from 6:30am to 9pm. Clients of all ages are welcome, though children should be comfortable sitting for the full styling time. Group bookings are available for events such as weddings and parties, and pricing and availability are arranged in advance.

Each braid and style is personalized to the client's preferences.
