Lash visits begin with a consultation to choose the option that suits each client's natural lashes. Length and thickness are measured for each person, and because natural lash line and eye shape vary, sets look different from one client to the next. Clients should arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, eyeliner and glue; dirty lashes carry a $20 cleaning fee. Fills within 14 days need at least half of the lashes still in place, and foreign fills are not accepted.

Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM; the studio is closed Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, and the balance is paid at the end of the visit by cash, Zelle or Apple Pay; Venmo and Cash App are not accepted. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations are charged 20% of the booked services, and a no-show loses the deposit. Changes can be made through the link in the confirmation text or email. The business reserves the right to refuse service.
