The manicure menu includes an e-file gel manicure, a dry service that uses e-file bits and is listed at 90 minutes or more. It covers sanitizing and nail prep, e-file cuticle work and sidewall cleaning, removal of dead skin, nail shaping, and polishing around the cuticle, then prepares the nails for gel, strengthening or regular polish. Two Russian manicure versions are offered: an e-file version without polish, and a version with regular polish and no gel. The business also offers gel polish using hard gel or builder gel, and a Smart Pedicure.

Nail extensions and nail art are a visible part of the work. The portfolio shows Russian manicures combined with French, chrome, cat eye, ombré, stamping, marble, foil, stone and matte designs, along with pedicures and extensions decorated with nail art.

Mobile service is available for appointments at a client's home, a hotel or another city, booked in advance. Clients can pay for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with Buy Now, Pay Later, with approval obtained before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A booking cancelled within 24 hours, or missed entirely, is charged half the price of the scheduled service. Any deposit paid is not returned, but it is credited toward the appointment.
