Zero Gravity Head Spa & Wellness is located on East Beltline Road in Richardson, Texas. The menu centers on a head spa service, with facials, eyelash extensions, makeup, permanent makeup and hairstyling alongside it. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and on Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM.

The head spa comes in a 60-minute version for $85 and a 30-minute version for $45. The longer session includes a scalp analysis, scalp detox, aroma treatment, scalp massage, a scalp water pressure treatment, shampoo and conditioning, face cleansing, a mini facial, a face mask, a hot towel and a basic rough-dry. The shorter session covers shampoo, scalp massage, conditioning, face cleansing, an eye mask, a hot towel and a basic rough-dry. A rough-dry is included for hair up to waist length, and longer hair is $8 extra. Two or more people booked together at the same time receive 25% off a 60-minute session, which comes to $128. A keratin hair treatment can be added to either head spa session from $60. Head spa services are not recommended for dreadlocks, since the heat can break the bond.

The facial menu includes a Relax Facial for $75, a Detox Facial for $85 and a Customized Facial from $99, which uses a medical-grade device to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate. A HydraFacial is listed at $250 and is offered at $105 for a first visit, a promotional rate that cannot be combined with other offers. Eyelash extensions are offered in classic, hybrid and volume full sets, with refills at two- and three-week intervals and a lash perm and tint for $105. The makeup and permanent makeup menus cover brows, lips and eyeliner, including microblading, powder brow, ombre brow and full lip options, with touchups listed for after four to six weeks.

The salon also hosts private gatherings such as parties, corporate events and get-togethers in its space, and sells e-gift cards for several services. A deposit is required for most bookings, is non-refundable and ranges from $20 to $100 depending on the service. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. Appointments are treated as no-shows if the client has not arrived 20 minutes after the start time without notice, and sessions are shortened for clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late.
