Zenith Nail Lounge sits on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh and is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm and Sundays from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The salon describes its space as the largest in town, at about 6,000 square feet, and says roughly 5,000 square feet of that is given over to parking, which is free for customers.

The salon was started by co-founders Kelly Phan and Anthony Tram, who state that the founders have seven years of experience in beauty care. The stated mission is to put customer health and satisfaction first. The salon says it uses top-brand organic products, disposable supplies and client-focused sanitation standards.

The nail menu is broad. Manicures and pedicures come in classic, sea salt, organic, collagen and milk and honey versions, with a Detox and Herbal Spa Pedicure, a Rich Gold 24k Pedicure and a Four Seasons Signature Pedicure that is offered for a limited time each season. Artificial nail options include gel full sets, gel fill-ins, color powder and acrylic sets, ombre sets, Builder Gel/BIAB, Gel X and T.A.P. Gel. A classic manicure is listed at $28 cash or $28.56 by card, and a traditional pedicure at $38 cash or $38.76 by card. Princess services are available for children 10 and under. Head spa treatments, therapeutic massage and reflexology are also offered, and a pickup service is available at the salon.

The building doubles as an event venue. The 6,000 square foot space can be rented for parties, weddings, corporate events, anniversaries and workshops. Karaoke runs from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, the event space has a built-in karaoke system with wireless microphones and speakers, and a bar service with beer and wine is available.

Booking and payment details are worth reading before a visit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and guests more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, have their service shortened or be rescheduled. Completed services are non-refundable. A 2% processing fee applies to credit and debit card payments, while cash, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App carry no fee; personal checks are not accepted. The salon offers a 7-day guarantee on lifting, chipping, cracking or broken nails tied to its workmanship, though it excludes regular polish, accidental damage, picking, biting and excessive nail length. Private-room group bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit and at least 3 guests at the appointment time. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
