Signature offerings include the Acne Facial, which uses azelaic acid serum, blue light, high frequency and an ice roller and includes unlimited free text check-ins; the Sun Damage Facial, which uses a mild TCA concentration with extra spot treatment, SPF 50 and free samples; and the Rejuvenation Special Facial, which combines glycolic treatment, red light and microcurrent for the face, under-eye and neck, with microneedling available at no extra charge. Bundles combine facials with brow or makeup services, and the BEginner Bundle is designed for new clients. Brow tints are matched to each client and last about three to four weeks.

The business says it is run as a non-hierarchical, democratically-run organization.
