Massage choices include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Lymphatic Drainage, with most offered in 30, 60, 90 or 120-minute lengths depending on the type. Swedish sessions use light to medium pressure and are shaped around relaxation and muscle tension. Deep Tissue uses slower, firmer pressure adjusted to comfort. Complimentary hot stones come with Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. Guests can share pressure preferences, areas to focus on and areas to avoid, and these notes are passed to the therapist.

Head Spa appointments come in 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Every session includes a scalp massage, a relaxing rub for the neck and shoulders, a shampoo with scalp cleansing, a conditioning hair mask, steam, a scalp rinse using water circulation, and a basic blow-dry, but hair styling is not part of it. The 75- and 90-minute options also include facial care. Couples can choose a massage for two, in which both guests share one private room and are treated by two therapists, or a couples head spa, where each guest gets the same individual service. Couples prices cover both guests together.

Facials use G.M. Collin professional skincare products. The Essential Facial lasts 45 minutes and covers a skin consultation, cleansing, gentle exfoliation, hydration and customized finishing care, without neck and shoulder massage. The other facials run 55 to 75 minutes and include neck and shoulder massage and relaxation. Six facial enhancements can be added for $20 each by calling the spa after choosing a main facial.

Signature combinations pair Head Spa with massage or an Essential Facial. Head-to-Toe Reset is a 90-minute visit with a 60-minute Head Spa and a 30-minute body massage. Zen Glow Ritual is a 90-minute combination. Ultimate Zen Experience is a 135-minute visit with a Head Spa, an Essential Facial and a 30-minute body massage. Appointments can be booked online through Mangomint, or guests can call (916) 693-8868 for help choosing a service. Same-day availability depends on the service and therapist, and the booking calendar shows current openings. eGift cards are sold through Mangomint.
