Zenia owns the studio. Facials range from a 30-minute express treatment and a 45-minute teen facial to a 50-minute Refresh and Renew, a 55-minute Immortal Glow using Korean products, a 70-minute microdermabrasion with a diamond tip wand, and 75- and 90-minute custom facials. The longer custom options can include LED, ice rolling and advanced Korean treatment steps. A new-client custom facial includes a skin analysis and a personalized plan with product guidance. Chemical peels and a nano infusion treatment with LED are reserved for returning clients.

Waxing is organized by area. Face waxing covers small areas like the lip, chin, brows and sideburns, as well as a full face. Body waxing covers the underarms, stomach, back, arms, legs and glutes. Bikini and Brazilian options range from a quick bikini line service to a hypoallergenic Brazilian wax for sensitive skin, a Bougie Brazilian that includes a treatment on the mons pubis and skincare without steam, and a Brazilian and underarm bundle. The fanny facial is a body service that includes cleansing, exfoliation, high frequency and a mask, and the studio notes it does not address cellulite.

Visits are by appointment only. Each booking includes an 8-minute grace period, and arriving later may mean the appointment is rescheduled. Changes or cancellations must be made online or by text at least 12 hours ahead. Children are not allowed in the studio during appointments, though a minor receiving a service may be accompanied. Sales, packages and products are final, and buy now, pay later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. The studio is closed on Tuesdays, and Saturday hours vary, so the online booking system shows current availability.
