Brows and lashes are custom designed to suit each client's features, preferences and lifestyle. Lash extensions are applied with adhesive made for lashes that bonds to the natural lash near the root and does not touch the skin. Lash sessions include aromatherapy and a heated neck wrap, and the salon says its lash artists are trained, licensed and certified. Lash options run from the soft Light Volume Clusters and textured Signature Wispy Clusters to bold Mega Volume Clusters, plus Wunderwoman and Bombshell looks, with the Wake Up-and-Go Combo pairing an Express facial with light lash clusters.
The facial menu is grouped into basic and advanced treatments. Basic options include a Kid/Teen facial, the Express facial, the Essential facial with consultation and SPF, and Bye-Bye Breakouts for breakout-prone skin, with extractions when appropriate. Advanced treatments include Ultra Glow for hyperpigmentation and uneven tone, Dew Drop for hydration, Timeless Glow with microdermabrasion for anti-aging care, and Handsome & Hydrated, a men's clarifying facial with beard-area care. Facials can include warm towels or a facial massage, and add-ons start at $15.
Booking terms are clear. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee, late cancellations incur a 10% fee, and missed appointments carry a $35 no-show fee charged to the card on file. Fill-in lash appointments are available within 14 days of the last set if at least half of the extensions remain, and lash work carries a 24-hour guarantee when issues are reported in that window. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and makeup-free lashes, and children attend only when booked for their own service.
