The menu is organized into groups. Color covers full highlights with toner when needed, custom color, a blonde service and semi-demi and single process permanent color. Cuts include trims, custom cuts and custom pixie cuts. Loc and natural hair services cover palm roll and interlocking loc retwists, wash and go styling, and a healthy hair treatment.
Relaxer work includes touch-ups recommended every six to eight weeks and virgin relaxers for hair nine weeks or more since the last one. Silk press service is thermal straightening for natural or not recently relaxed hair. Traditional sew-in extensions braid the natural hair first, then sew extension wefts in place, leaving a small section of natural hair out at the top and sides. Extension hair is not included in the price.
Some services need a consultation or deposit before booking. First-time clients receiving any chemical service need a complimentary consultation, which takes about ten minutes. Full highlights, custom color, blonde and sew-in require a $50 deposit, and new clients booking a silk out, relaxer touch-up or shampoo and style need a $20 deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows carry an 80% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Package credits apply automatically at checkout.
The salon sells home-care lines including Honey Almond Styling Foam, a three-step hydrating collection, a natural hair collection for between visits, and a rosemary collection for dry, itchy scalp and brittle hair. The portfolio shows loc retwists, silk presses, custom color, cornrows, flat twist updos, Ghana and feed-in braids, pixie cuts and relaxer touch-ups.
