Glam Luxe Salon Suites

Glam Luxe Salon Suites offers private suites for independent beauty and wellness professionals. It has two locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area: Red Oak, the flagship studio suites site, and Duncanville, which is set up for estheticians, massage therapists and spa specialists and will also host Head Spa Suites.

Each suite includes a private locking space and either a spa shampoo bowl or a sink, depending on the suite type. Furnished suites add a styling chair and station, and select suites have floor-to-ceiling windows. Electricity, water, Wi-Fi and building maintenance are included in the rent.

Shared spaces include a lobby, a customer waiting area, a break room or shared staff area, and on-site laundry with a washer and dryer. Building access is secured around the clock, and security cameras are on site.

Leases have flexible terms with no long-term commitment. The application lists 6, 9 or 12-month terms, with daily, weekly or monthly payment options. Tenants post their license and required documents in the suite, including the TDLR complaints sign. The business says it is fully compliant with TDLR rules and regulations. It is open seven days a week, and clients book appointments.
