The IVIBE Experience is led by CeCe Sillemon-Williams, the head stylist and owner, whose work centers on non-surgical hair replacement, alopecia solutions and restorative scalp and hair treatments. The salon describes its vision as becoming a trailblazing destination that empowers women through restorative beauty services.

Hair replacement is a consultation-first service. A consultation is required before any hair replacement installation or custom unit service can be booked, and the alopecia consultation is $50 and non-refundable, not applied to the final balance. Full lace units and custom toppers are priced after consultation, and custom topper and unit fulfillment takes 10 to 20 business days, with color customization adding about 3 business days. For alopecia clients, closure and frontal sew-ins are booked only after a consultation on the hair replacement calendar, and the hair, units and toppers are provided by CeCe for those services.

Beyond hair replacement, the menu covers color from semi-permanent rinses and root touch-ups to double process color, highlights and ombre or balayage, which starts at $325 and needs a consultation and patch test first. Relaxers, Jerry curls, silk press packages, keratin smoothing and pixie cuts are also offered. Mature Miss services are designed for older clients, including a relaxer retouch for clients 65 and up and shampoo and style for clients 70 and up.

Extensions include quick weaves, sew-ins and closure and frontal installations, priced from $85 to $300. Hair is not included in extension services, so clients either bring their own or buy it from the salon in advance. Appointments are preferred, and walk-ins are accepted depending on whether a provider is available.
