The color menu ranges from a toner or gloss that removes unwanted tones and adds shine, to express highlights using ten accent foils, partial and full foil highlights, balayage, and a foil blonding technique called Platinum Card. Extensions include tape-in options for a move-up or a new install, where hair is bought separately, and K-Tip fusion extensions, which are priced after a consultation.
Booking terms are set out clearly. A 100% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment. New extension clients pay a deposit and have a consultation first. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or in a custom amount, and sales are final.
