Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not taken. Appointments can be booked by phone or through the website, and weekend or after-hours times can be requested by phone; the phone line is answered around the clock. New in-person clients book a consultation and a treatment before booking other services. A consultation lasts 45 minutes and costs $75, and it can be done in person or by video. At the consultation, the team sets up a client profile, reviews medical history and current medications, and confirms the treatment plan, number of sessions and exact cost before anything is booked. A $75 deposit reserves a consultation and goes toward a treatment or retail purchase. Injectables are booked by phone rather than online. Topical numbing is applied for treatments, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice.

Much of the menu centers on energy-based skin treatments. XERF is a needle-free monopolar radiofrequency treatment for the face, neck and body; most people return to normal activities right away, and mild warmth, redness or swelling typically settles within 24 hours. Genius RF microneedling combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy at adjustable depths. Skin may look pink or mildly swollen, like a light sunburn, usually improving within 24 to 36 hours, and full recovery can take up to a week. LaseMD Ultra uses a 1927 nm thulium laser with settings adjusted from a gentler refresh to a more intensive treatment, and mild redness is common afterward. The skin takes about five to seven days to fully heal.

The practice also offers membership plans, a price match guarantee, and payment plans through Cherry, subject to approval with a soft credit check. Its results gallery shows before and after photos grouped by treatment. Medical-grade skin care lines are sold in clinic, and REFRESH and RESTORE members receive discounts on skin care bought there.
