The practice says its approach combines evidence-based aesthetic medicine with ideas drawn from beauty, art and topography. Every treatment is a medical procedure, so not everyone is a candidate for every option. A complete medical history is required before treatment, and treatment is not guaranteed. A credit card is required to hold an appointment, and late cancellations or no-shows carry a $50 fee charged to the card on file. Established patients who have seen Melanie Frye can book aesthetic services as needed.

It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with certain neuromuscular disorders, or those allergic to its ingredients. Sculptra is usually given as two to four treatments about six weeks apart, with full results reported around four to six months after the series and a lasting effect described as two to five years. The practice also offers functional medicine on a private-pay basis, which accepts HSA and FSA payments, and medical weight loss for those who meet the listed eligibility of a BMI of 30 or higher with obesity-related conditions.
