The studio focuses on corrective skincare, with each treatment customized to the client's skin. It places healthy skin first and correction second, and says treatments should not be aggressive for their own sake. New clients start with a Virtual Consultation on Zoom for $25, which is required before the first in-studio appointment and is applied to the first facial if that facial is booked within 30 days. It includes a skin analysis, gentle customized exfoliation, a customized treatment mask, and a facial and neck and shoulder massage. Advanced treatments are not offered as a starting point, and chemical peels are not performed during the Discovery Facial.

The studio specializes in personalized treatments for acne, hyperpigmentation, uneven texture, sensitivity, congestion and visible signs of aging. Ongoing options include skin therapy facials, advanced infusion and peel treatments, add-ons and monthly memberships. Before an advanced treatment, clients disclose their health history, medications, skincare products, recent treatments, pregnancy status and skin conditions. Homecare product recommendations are customized to each client's skin and treatment plan, and an online shop sells skincare products.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the service balance when the visit is completed. Cancellations are non-refundable regardless of notice, while rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice moves the deposit once. Arriving 11 to 14 minutes late incurs a $20 late fee, and arriving 15 or more minutes late cancels the appointment. Guests and children are not permitted unless approved in advance. Cash, debit cards and major credit cards are accepted, with a 3% fee on credit card payments.

The studio describes its approach as corrective, placing healthy skin ahead of correction and keeping treatments gentle rather than aggressive for their own sake.

Each client has a private one-on-one appointment, with no shared waiting room and no other clients in the treatment space.
