The massage menu includes more than ten styles, among them Swedish, deep tissue, sports, craniosacral, Ashiatsu, lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage. Tension Tamer is a 30-minute deep tissue session focused on the neck, upper back, shoulders and lower back. Head to Toe Refresh is a 75-minute session that begins with a deep tissue or Swedish massage, then adds a scalp massage with seasonal aromatherapy oils and a foot massage with a sugar scrub and warm towel wraps.

Facial and skincare menus centre on HydraFacial MD, with options from an express version up to a signature treatment, along with Eminence Organic facials, Caviar, NAD+ Longevity, ZO Hollywood Glow and Himalayan salt stone facials. Dermaplaning, gua sha and LED light are also available as add-ons. The spa runs wellness club memberships with Essential, Premium and Advanced HydraFacial options, and offers acupuncture, manicures and pedicures.

Couples and group visits are a large part of the menu. Side by Side massages are given to two people in a shared couples room and can be upgraded to include the salt room. The salt caves offer halotherapy sessions, and the spa says it is the only location in Oregon with therapeutic salt caves. Bachelorette and spa party services, and gift certificates, are also offered.

The spa says it was voted Best Spa in Portland and won top Best of Portland Readers Poll awards for spa, massage and facial.

Each session is tailored to the guest's wellness goals across mind, body and spirit. Staff also share self-care strategies for clients to use after their visit.

The spa describes its space as a peaceful, therapeutic retreat.
