New clients begin with a mandatory consultation that includes a hair and scalp evaluation and the creation of a client record. Hours are Thursday and Friday from 6 PM to 10 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
