New guests need to book a consultation or text the salon for one before booking a service. New guests pay a non-refundable deposit at their first appointment: $100 for color services and $500 for extension services. The deposit is applied to the total on the day of the visit.

Root retouches, a platinum roots touchup, a face frame or mini touchup, all over color for dark or virgin hair, and full dimensional custom color in brunette or dimensional blonde are all offered. Blonding retouches are for established clients with several months of regrowth, and full blonding is for guests with dark hair who want maximum lightness; full blonding is booked by new clients. Color correction is for moving from box or permanent dark color to a lighter shade. The professional chooses the service and technique for each correction, and some corrections take more than one appointment depending on booked time and natural hair. Corrections are non-refundable, and the salon notes that bleach carries a risk of chemical and adverse reactions.

Extensions include tape-in application, beadless sew-in installation, extension removal, and maintenance for hand-tied or machine-weft extensions, which is recommended every six to eight weeks. First-time extension clients must book a consultation before maintenance. Clients who return more than eight to ten weeks after their last salon service are treated as first-time clients for maintenance.

Hours are Wednesday through Friday from 9:30am to 2:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm; the salon is closed Sunday. Clients can contact the salon by text at (850) 332-4354 or by email at yumihairandbeauty@gmail.com.

Color correction is planned for each client, with the professional selecting the service and technique, and some results are reached over more than one visit.
