The menu is wide, running from facials and HydraFacial treatments to massage, body treatments, nail services and waxing, so a visit can be a single appointment or a longer, multi-part session.

Hydrotherapy is a central part of many visits. The hydrotherapy area has two soaking pools, a dry sauna, a cold drench shower and a eucalyptus steam room, and guests can use the spa's bath products and body polishing salts during their time there. Hydrotherapy can be reserved for one hour or taken as a day pass, both at $35. An hour can be paired with any facial, massage or body service, and the spa suggests using the pools, sauna and steam before a paired treatment. It is booked separately from treatments, is not offered to anyone under 18, and is not recommended before or after microneedling or any waxing service.

Among the signature offerings, the Yuan Signature Chinese Body Scrub runs 50 minutes, and guests are asked to arrive 20 minutes early and bring swimwear. A longer 110-minute Ritual version is also available. The Yuan Chinese Signature Massage combines tuina, acupressure, Thai table, tapotement and Lomi Lomi. Facials range from the Teenage Skin Facial and Ultra Acne Treatment to Eminence and Ultraceuticals options, a Dermaplane Facial, and HydraFacial treatments. Microneedling is offered as single sessions or in series of three or five, and the Microcurrent Facial is available at the Bellevue location only. Weekend prices run higher than weekday prices, with weekends defined as Friday to Sunday.

Membership costs $189 per month and includes one monthly 60-minute service from a list, two hydrotherapy passes, 20% off additional services and enhancements, and 10% off retail products. It requires a six-month minimum agreement and then continues month to month, and it can be used at both locations. Gift certificates are sold. Couples massages must be booked by phone at either location. Groups of three or more have a 20% gratuity added automatically to appointments, while tipping is otherwise optional. Parties of more than four are asked to reserve by email.

Combines Eastern and Western massage and holistic practices, with treatments built around balancing body, mind and spirit and balancing activity with rest.
