New clients usually begin with a $30 consultation, which goes toward the cost of treatment. At that appointment the team reviews the client's goals and medical history, assesses skin and facial features, answers questions, and then builds a plan suited to that individual. The frequency of HydraFacial sessions is decided during this visit, and the plan includes a home care routine alongside in-studio work. Retail products are sold at the studio, where staff suggest options in person based on each client's skin type.

The skin care menu runs from a first-time HydraFacial and tiered HydraFacials to peels aimed at acne-prone skin, hyperpigmentation and post-acne marks, as well as dermaplaning, enzyme exfoliation, LED red light therapy and SkinPen microneedling. An Acne Boot Camp option pairs a consultation with a first treatment. Permanent makeup includes microblading, nano brows, powder ombre brows, lip blush, lip neutralization and eyeliner tattooing, with lower-priced touch-ups for returning clients and a VIP package that combines brows, lip blush and eyeliner.

Beyond treatments, the studio offers brow and lash services, bridal trial makeup, event makeup, beginner makeup lessons and a hands-on master class for makeup artists. Bridal and training questions go by email, while most bookings are made through Vagaro, where gift cards are also sold.
