The studio is open Monday through Friday, plus one Saturday a month, by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted.

Every new client starts with a mandatory consultation. It confirms whether a client is a suitable candidate for the chosen service, reviews expectations, contraindications and before and after care, and asks about current skin care products, past facial or laser treatments, medications, supplements and medical conditions. A $50 consultation fee holds the appointment, is non-refundable, and is applied toward any service or product costing more than $50.

The salon uses Yag and Alexandrite wavelengths and says the treatment is suitable for all skin types. Treatment requires brown or black hair in the area, and the salon notes that most people complete a hair growth cycle every four to twelve weeks. Touch-up pricing is limited to current clients who have finished a laser package with the salon.

LED, microcurrent, RF, dermaplaning, Hydra Glow and Nano can be added to certain facials. IPL and hyperpigmentation removal are offered for skin types 1 to 4, and the salon describes IPL as having minimal downtime.

Consultation comes first, so each treatment is matched to a client's skin and history before any service is booked.
