Curly hair is the core of the business. Emily works with curl patterns through dry cuts, full service curly cuts, and wash-and-diffuse styling, and she offers guidance for caring for curls at home after a cut. Men's and youth curly cuts are also available, with a gentler approach for younger clients.

Beyond curly work, the menu covers precision and full service haircuts for women and men, along with men's grooming details such as beard trims, neck clean-ups and a hot lather neck shave. Color services include base touch-ups, full single-process color, gloss and men's color. A Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment is offered for frizz, manageability and shine.

Emily is currently not accepting new clients for color services. She is taking new clients for haircuts, curly cuts and Brazilian smoothing treatments. Clients can pay over time through Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

A card is needed to hold a booking, and it is only charged at checkout. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service cost. The salon allows a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
