First-time guests book the New Client Curly Cut Experience, a two-hour visit that starts with a detox treatment and a detailed consultation, then moves to a customized curly cut, curl education and styling. Returning clients have a shorter maintenance curly cut and a lux version for guests who are past the three to six month window. The Big Chop Experience is a two-hour appointment for a major length change, and it is not offered to first-time clients or for regular trims. Men can book a scissor-only curly cut, and children ages 4 to 11 can book a kids' cut, provided their hair arrives clean and detangled.

Color services include single process color, accent highlights, The Glossy, partial and full highlights, platinum work and bleach retouches. New clients pay a deposit to hold color appointments, and any extra color or lightener needed is charged per ounce. Extensions begin with a free consultation, and installs start at $150 before the hair itself, with additional rows added per row. Keratin Complex options include a heat-free curl-enhancing treatment that reduces frizz while keeping the natural curl pattern, and a customizable smoothing treatment that reduces frizz and styling time.

Pricing can shift with hair length, density, texture and the time a service needs. Clients who want to spread payments can use Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Referral credits give both the new guest and the person who referred them $15 off, and gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. A 48-hour notice is requested for changes, and deposits are forfeited for cancellations within 24 hours. Clients with a concern about a service are asked to reach out to the owner within 14 days.
