Clients can expect a relaxed visit. Snacks and drinks beyond coffee and water are offered, along with free Wi-Fi and two hours of free parking in the parking structure. Services are by appointment only and can be booked online. Listed prices are starting prices, and an add-on fee of $25 applies if a service needs more time or product to finish. Clients who are unsure which service fits them can reach Julianne through the contact page, and she aims to reply within 24 to 48 hours.

Color is the core of the work, with a focus on lived-in color, balayage (hair painting) and grey hair blending. Balayage lightens hair for a natural result with a softer transition than traditional highlights and less upkeep between appointments. Grey blending suits clients who are starting to grey, already have grey, or would rather not book monthly touch-ups; highlights, lowlights or a mix of both are used so grey hair is less noticeable. The portfolio shows balayage on brunettes, on blondes and brunette-to-blonde transformations.

Policies are straightforward. Clients are asked to give 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel. Occasional same-day cancellations are accepted, but repeated ones may carry a fee of 50% of the booked services. Arriving late is covered by a grace period of up to 20 minutes; longer delays may mean parts of the service are dropped or the appointment is rebooked. Clients who are not happy with their result are asked to message within one week of the service. Payment can be made by Zelle, credit or debit card, cash or Venmo.

Julianne aims to make each client feel welcomed, comfortable and safe in the chair, and she sees building those connections with clients as the most rewarding part of the work.
