Skin treatments are performed in the studio and paired with virtual skin consultations. The facial menu covers a gentle teen facial, dermaplaning, nanoneedling, a corrective acne facial, a back facial and a Korean green facial, along with several peels ranging from a corrective chemical peel to a Cosmelan peel. Lash and brow services, facial and body waxing, and body treatments, including a weight loss focused option and vajacials, complete the menu. The spa says its services are affordable and provided by well-trained staff.
For longer goals, the spa offers three-month programs that each combine a set number of facials or peels with a home care plan and regular progress check-ins. These are the Glow Reset, Acne Clarity, Corrective Series and Age Defense programs. A separate four-week virtual skincare coaching program includes weekly one-on-one sessions, a personalized plan and messaging support. Memberships have a three-month minimum and require the first month's fee at sign-up.
Booking and membership terms are clear. No-shows and appointments cancelled within 24 hours carry an additional fee. Membership cancellation requires 30 days' written notice, and cancelling before three consecutive months carries an early fee equal to one month's fee. Clients can pay by credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Afterpay.
