The salon says its aim is to offer a one-on-one client experience. Gracie is the CEO and owner and leads the studio.

The menu is grouped into color services, creative color, haircuts, styling, treatments and custom halo extensions. Color services include a blow dry, creative color includes trim, toner, blow dry and style, and treatments include a blow dry only. One-on-one at-home styling classes can also be booked through the salon.

Listed prices are starting prices and can change with hair density, time spent, product use and technique. Deposits are $50 for color and $25 for haircuts and can be paid by Zelle or Apple Pay. They go toward the service, are non-refundable, and are valid only for rescheduling.

Accepted payment methods are cash, Zelle and Apple Pay. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and clients who need to move a booking should reschedule within 48 hours to keep their spot as a current client. Clients who no-call no-show will not be rebooked. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late are accepted; after that a $25 late fee applies to keep or reschedule the appointment. Children and extra guests need prior approval, and each extra guest carries a $25 upcharge. No PM appointments are offered, appointments before 10am carry a $50 upcharge, and emergency, special occasion and house call appointments carry a $50 upcharge.

The salon centers on one-on-one service, with a full consultation before any appointment is set.
