Color work begins with a consultation. Yuli reviews a guest's photos and hair history, creates the color plan, and then books the full appointment. Color services cover balayage with custom placement and a toner or gloss finish, color correction for box dye, brassiness and banding, custom color, toner refreshes and several highlight and all-over options. Moisture and bond-support treatments can be added to color. Most color guests return every six to ten weeks, depending on root growth, gray coverage and tone goals.
Cuts and styling range from kids' haircuts for children 13 and under to clipper cuts, line ups, curly cuts, blowouts and packages. A haircut includes a shampoo, a deep conditioning treatment and a blowout, and the cutting takes shape, face-framing and texture into account. Boys' cuts are booked with Yuli, while girls' cuts can be booked with either stylist. Treatments and add-ons include keratin smoothing, scalp detox, hair extensions and curl or straightening add-ons.
Late arrivals may lose their appointment after a 15-minute grace period. Rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice, and no-shows may be charged up to the full service total. The $25 Hair Color Consultation deposit goes toward the service but is non-refundable for no-shows. Paid color services earn rewards coins, and 50 coins unlock a free color service.
