Much of the menu draws on Chinese herbal practice. Herbal head spa treatments, a ginger-based therapy and a traditional herbal hydration formula are paired with scalp massage, and the shop also offers moxibustion mud and acupoint moxibustion for the neck and shoulders.

Hair spa options range from an herbal hydrating treatment to a Kerastase Chronologiste spa and a luxury Black Gold series spa. The more premium treatments add blue light purification and a moisturizing serum infusion. Short and long hair are priced separately for most services.
