Appointments are required for eyelash extensions, and walk-ins cannot be guaranteed. Clients need a valid photo ID that matches the booking name on arrival. Extensions done at another salon must be removed before new ones are applied, and refills are not done on work from other salons. Contact lenses should be removed before application, and clients are asked to arrive with no makeup on or around the eyes.
