The studio was founded by Kiyomi Rosenzweig, a California state-licensed esthetician who began learning eyelash extensions in 2002 and trained in Japan with early practitioners of the craft. Today she leads a team of fifteen eyelash extension stylists. The studio's website says her clients have included celebrities and southern California clients, and describes her as one of the premier providers of eyelash extensions worldwide.

The menu is organized by lash type. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash and come in Queen Sable or Cashmere. 3D Magic attaches a handmade fan of two to ten fine extensions to each lash, with the number chosen by the client. Cashmere Volume is the newest option and offers similar fullness with less weight. Queen Sable has a sharper tip and sits closer to the natural lash than a typical mink lash, while Cashmere is described as very soft. The extensions are Japanese-made. The studio says 3D Magic is its most popular lash type by far. Mink, color, red-tipped and lower-lash additions are also offered, and the gallery shows examples of mink with color highlights, red-tipped sets and color extensions.

New clients can book a free consultation by text or phone. Before the first appointment, clients sign an electronic consent and release. Each service runs at least an hour, so it helps to plan time for it. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup or mascara; makeup remover and cotton pads are provided. Services are given in a quiet room with music. Checkout includes a rewards card that gives discounts on repeat visits. Payment is accepted by credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo and cash, and gratuities are accepted; personal checks are not.

Touch-up pricing applies only to existing clients returning within 21 calendar days of their last appointment with the studio. Clients coming from another salon need to book at least an Express set, and touch-up discounts do not apply to work done elsewhere. If extensions from another salon cannot be combed from base to tip, removing them carries an additional charge. Appointment changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling or postponing less than three hours before the start time costs $50 per scheduled hour, and cancelling between three and 24 hours before costs $25; the late fee is waived if the slot can be filled. Children must be supervised by an adult other than the client and should be able to sit quietly for an hour or more, so arranging other care is advised. Clients who recently had eye surgery are advised to check with their doctor first, and a patch test is available for anyone who has reacted to glue, using milder options. Gift cards are sold in any amount and do not expire.
