Each appointment is private and unhurried, with one client at a time. Waxing uses premium wax and single-use applicators, and tools are sanitized for every session. The salon describes its hygiene as spotless. Men's waxing uses a premium wax formulated for coarser hair.

Eyebrow design can be paired with tint or henna, and brow lamination, with or without tint or henna, is described as lasting about 4 to 6 weeks. The lash lift also tints lashes and is described as lasting about 6 to 8 weeks. Nail services include regular and gel manicures and pedicures, plus acrylic and gel extensions, with maintenance recommended every 2 to 3 weeks.

Aftercare is spelled out: avoid hot showers, saunas, the gym and tight clothing for 24 hours after a wax, and exfoliate gently after 48 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs. Before brow work, skip retinol and chemical exfoliants for 3 days and avoid tweezing or waxing for at least a week. Male waxing is recommended every 3 to 5 weeks for most areas, and every 4 weeks for Brazilian and back.
