The fee is $300 per applicant and covers the exam and required lab work, which is done at the office during the appointment: TB QuantiFERON Gold, RPR syphilis screening and urine NAA gonorrhea screening. Vaccinations are not included in the fee and are not given at the office. Health insurance is not accepted for this exam, and payment is by cash or credit card. Completed I-693 forms are typically ready within 10 to 14 business days.
