Visits are by appointment only, booked online or by phone at (503) 522-6301. Permanent makeup cancellations need 48 hours notice for a full refund of the deposit, eyebrow threading cancellations need 24 hours notice, and changes made with less than 48 hours notice are charged the full service amount. The studio is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6:30pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm, and Sunday 9am to 2pm.
