The lash menu centers on LED lash extensions, applied one by one with ILLUMINO Lynk-Gel, which the studio describes as fume-free. Each set begins with a lash bath using a warm towel and a priming step. The studio says its LED extensions are meant to be stronger, healthier, safer and longer-lasting, and that the adhesive contains no stabilizers and fewer ingredients. A first full set takes roughly two to three hours depending on the look, and LED fills, recommended every three to four weeks, take about an hour to an hour and a half. Traditional extensions need fills every one to three weeks depending on style. Lash shampoo is the only product recommended for cleaning lashes and lids, and clients are advised to avoid waterproof mascara; mascara is not recommended on hybrid or volume styles. Temporary Express Lashes, which use no extension adhesive, are also offered and last two to five days. Lash lifts, lash tints and lash extension removal round out the lash services, and brow shaping, tinting and brow lamination are offered with Elleeplex for daily brow styling sold at the appointment.

Facials are customized to each client's skin concerns, and the studio offers phone consultations to help choose a treatment. Facials use Epionce medical-grade skincare and CELLUMA medical-grade red light therapy, and the menu includes detox and blue light, glow, hydrating, nano-infusion, oxygen infusion and bespoke options, plus a Signature Dermaplane with a pressure-point cryotherapy massage. Oxygen Infusion uses ZEMITS products and microcurrent, so rings and necklaces must come off first. HydroFacial is not recommended for clients with rosacea, circulatory disorders, broken skin or skin that flushes easily. Microneedling is sold as a series that starts with a required consultation and covers the face and neck; it is not appropriate for keloid or raised scarring, and each series includes a 5% lidocaine numbing cream and a medical-grade post-care kit. Other skin options include a no-needle lip mesotherapy treatment, a micro-channeling nanofacial, and microcurrent skin tightening for the face and neck, where a series of 10 to 15 is recommended. Body services use Celluma light for contouring, skin tightening by area, red light pain relief, and a warm foot mask and massage.

Booking policies are set out clearly. New clients pay a $50 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are charged the full service, and clients more than ten minutes late may have their appointment shortened while still being charged the full time. No refunds are given on services or products. Clients have a 24-hour window to report concerns about a new lash set so adjustments can be made. Extra guests and children are not permitted unless they are also being serviced or approved in advance, though service animals are welcome. Gift certificates are available, and Cherry buy-now-pay-later plans can be used for treatments. The studio is small and provides blankets during appointments. Thursday mornings are available by request, and the studio is otherwise open Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
