The clinic presents itself as a compassionate space where clients are listened to and supported without judgment. Permanent makeup and microblading appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the session. Before those appointments, clients are asked to avoid alcohol and coffee and to stop Retin A products. Clients under 18, pregnant or nursing clients, and anyone with an active viral infection are not booked. A free consultation is offered for microblading and permanent makeup but is not required to book, and 3D areola tattooing requires a private consultation first.

Brow work includes nano microblading, which creates fine hair-like strokes with a thinner blade than standard microblading, and touch-ups for previous work by the clinic. Lip blush is offered in aquarelle, lipstick-effect and contour styles, with color chosen on the day or matched to a favorite lipstick. The clinic says lip blush can last up to about three years, depending on skin type, age, lifestyle and other factors, and numbing cream is used during the session.

Camouflage tattooing uses custom flesh-toned pigments to blend lighter scar tissue or stretch marks with the surrounding skin. The clinic says scars are never fully invisible, though two to four sessions can significantly enhance their appearance. Skin restoration includes dermaplaning, recommended every four to six weeks, skin tone correction and the Nue Face Treatment, which begins with a free consultation.

Laser services include a carbon laser peel, which applies a carbon solution and then treats it with Pico laser to exfoliate and refine the skin, and red light therapy using FDA-cleared devices. Pico laser tattoo removal breaks down pigment in pulses while limiting impact on surrounding skin. Pricing depends on size, from tiny pieces up to 1 by 1 inch at $150 per session to extra large pieces over 6 by 6 inches starting at $500, and multiple sessions are typically needed. A consultation and tattoo assessment are recommended first.
