The menu is grouped into body, face and intimate services. Body waxing ranges from stomach strips and underarms to shoulders, half and full backs, upper legs and full legs. Face options include chin, nose, upper lip, ears, sideburns, a brow cleanup and Magical Brows, which adds a consultation, shaping, waxing and a brow makeup finish. Intimate options cover the bikini line, extended bikini, Brazilian and combined visits, with some offered to guests with a vagina only and Brazilian plus The Silky Finish currently offered to female clients only.

The Silky Finish is a skincare treatment for the bikini area that includes a cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, an ingrown hair treatment, a hydrogel mask and customized finishing products, and high frequency may be included. It does not include a Brazilian wax. The hydrogel mask contains hyaluronic acid, aloe vera and green tea extract, and it can also be added to a Brazilian visit.

Appointments are booked online, and the studio prefers text messages by phone. New clients pay a 50% deposit that applies to the first appointment and is non-refundable. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are charged 50% of the service, and arriving more than 5 minutes late without notice may lead to a reschedule and the same charge. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early, wear loose cotton clothing and can freshen up with wipes provided on arrival. Waxing every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended, and gift cards are offered. Business hours vary by day, with the studio closed Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays.
