Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 100% cancellation fee. Rushed appointments are not accommodated, since services are scheduled to allow adequate time. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Mobile hair and makeup is offered for hospice care and for memorial or funeral homes. The hospice and mortuary cosmetic service starts at $150 and takes about an hour. It requires a full consultation and a $75 deposit.
