Facial options start with a consultation. A virtual skin consultation (20 minutes, $75) reviews skin history, current products and skincare concerns. The New Besties Start Here package (1 hour 15 minutes, $129) pairs a one-on-one skin analysis with a personalized treatment. Custom facials are also listed at $129. Four one-hour facials are priced at $159: Air, a hydrating facial with oxygen infusion and brightening techniques; Earth, for oily, uneven, hyperpigmented or congested skin, using diamond tip microdermabrasion and customized acids; Fire, for inflamed, acne-prone or redness-prone skin; and Water, for dull, dehydrated or dry skin, using oxygen nanobubbles. Microneedling with PDRN serum and oxygen (45 minutes, $225) is described by the studio as designed to reduce the appearance of acne scars and improve skin texture.

The BFF facial (1 hour 15 minutes, $190) lets clients combine several modalities at no added cost. Options include dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, enzymatic exfoliation, ultrasonic cleansing, microcurrent, spicules, oxygen infusion and superficial chemical peels. The BFF Founding Membership is offered with limited availability.

Brow services include a brow wax ($30, 25 minutes) and a brow wax with tint ($45, 30 minutes). Waxing covers the chin and lip (15 minutes, $15 each), underarms (15 minutes, $20), the bikini line including top and sides (30 minutes, $40), and the Brazilian area covering the vaginal area and butt strip (30 minutes, $65). Skin Edit DPN mole removal (30 minutes, $175) includes an initial consultation, topical numbing, removal of the treated area and a post-treatment skin polish. Not every mole is eligible for removal, and some may need evaluation by a medical professional first.

Appointments are recommended and can be booked online subject to availability, and walk-ins are accepted only when availability permits. A deposit or card on file may be required. Clients complete intake and waiver forms before their visit and should disclose skin sensitivities, allergies, medications and recent treatments. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations carry a fee of 50% of the service price, and no-shows carry 100%. Payment is due at the time of service, and gratuities are optional. Results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Product purchases are final except for defective, damaged or incorrect items reported within seven calendar days with proof of purchase. Clients can also earn YBE Rewards, called Bestie Bucks, on eligible purchases, and the Share the Glow referral program gives a referred new client $20 off a first eligible service.
